Mike Divello
Mike Divello works at Bally Total Fitness as Assistant Director of Personal Training. He holds a MS in Physical Education from Iowa State University and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Mike has 18 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry and specializes in personal training and weight training. He has been with Bally Total Fitness for 12 years and currently works with the B-fit Personal Training Program. Mike also develops educational materials that instruct the Bally club staff on health and fitness issues.

Sharon Knecht
Sharon Knecht is the Director of Training and Education for the Northern Ohio/Pittsburgh, PA region for Bally Total Fitness. She holds a M.Ed. in Sport Management from Cleveland State University and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition to educating and training employees at Bally Total Fitness for over 13 years, she has also taught in the Physical Education Department at Cleveland State University, writes for Cleveland’s North Coast Sports Magazine, coaches the Team Diabetes Marathon Training Program, and has been competing as a professional triathlete/duathlete since 1998.

Charles Little
Charles Little is the Assistant Director of Fitness Education at Bally Total Fitness. He is certified with The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and The Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Charles has been conducting continuing education seminars for fitness professionals for the past 16 years. Presently he creates and implements new and innovative programming for Group Exercise at Bally Total Fitness through Bfit University.

Robert Stockwell
Robert Stockwell is the New Associate Trainer for Bally Total Fitness in the Southern California region and has been responsible for educating Personal Trainers, along with Bally staff on fitness and exercise for the past 5 years. He holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University-Long Beach and is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Health and Fitness Instructor, as well as, an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer. He has worked in the health and fitness industry for 10 years as a Personal Trainer and fitness educator/presenter.

Norris Tomlinson
Norris Tomlinson is the National Director of Training for Group Exercise at Bally Total Fitness. He holds a Masters degree from Ohio State University in Education Administration and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Norris began his career in Education and taught at the High School level for 10 years. Due to a personal struggle with weight, he developed an interest in health and fitness and began taking group exercise classes at Bally Total Fitness. In 1988, Norris came to work for Bally as a Group Exercise Instructor. Since then, he has helped to develop the Bally Total Fitness POWERFLEX® barbell exercise program and has created Bfit® University-the training program for Bally Total Fitness instructors. He currently manages group exercise programs and the education of group exercise instructors nationwide.

David Van Daff
David Van Daff is the Director of Personal Training Operations for Bally Total Fitness. He holds a M.S. in Sport Administration from the University of Tennessee and is certified with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Prior to working for Bally Total Fitness, Dave worked in football operations at the University of Tennessee. He has been with Bally Total Fitness for 7 years and works on training initiatives, fitness education and the B-fit Personal Training Program. He currently manages personal training programming and the education of Personal Trainers nationwide.

Rob Wildman
Rob Wildman is the Director of Nutrition and Education at Bally Total Fitness. He is also a Registered Dietitian and for greater than a decade has worked with competitive and recreational athletes as well as other active people to optimize their performance, fitness, and health. He has a Ph.D. in Nutrition from the Ohio State University and has been on the faculty at three universities. In addition, he has authored and edited several books on nutrition including Sport & Fitness Nutrition(2003) and The Nutritionist: Nutrition, Food, and Optimal Health(2002).
