How do I enroll in the Electronic Bill Payment Program (EBPP)?

The recommended method of payment is the Electronic Bill Payment Program (EBPP) because it frees you up from the hassles of remembering to make your monthly payments manually each month. Electronic Payments reduce your paperwork and eliminate late fees. When your monthly payment is due for each account we’ll simply charge your credit card, debit card or deduct the amount from your bank account.

Simply log on to MyBally.com, click on My Payments and sign up in 3 easy steps. Or call 866-402-2559 and talk with a Member Support Representative who can sign you up over the phone. You will need to provide us your credit card or debit card information.

How do I make changes to my Electronic Bill Payment Program (EBPP)?

How do I stop paper monthly statements and sign up for Electronic Bill Payment Program (EBPP)?

Bally members can log on to MyBally.com and visit MyBally landing page for directions on how to sign up for EBPP. Once you sign up for EBPP, your monthly paper statements will stop the following month. Or just call 866-402-2559 and talk with a Member Support Representative to stop your paper monthly statements and sign up for EBPP.

I am enrolled in the Electronic Bill Payment Program (EBPP) and want to change the day my credit card or debit card is charged. How do I make this change?

Making Payments and Posting Turnaround Time

How can I make a payment on my account?

Bally’s recommended method of payment is the Electronic Bill Payment Program (EBPP), which is the most convenient for most of our members. To get started, simply log on to MyBally.com and sign up in 3 easy steps. With EBPP, you will no longer have to worry about making your monthly payments manually each month, reduce paperwork and eliminate late fees. When your monthly payment is due for each account we’ll simply charge your credit card, debit card or deduct the amount from your bank account.

You can also make manual payments by:

  • Logging on to MyBally: After you log on, click on My Payments, and you will be directed on how to make a manual payment. Your payment on MyBally.com will take 1-2 business days to post.
  • Calling our automated payment line at 866-402-2559: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to pay by phone using your credit card or debit card. Your payment through the automated line will take 3 business days to post.
  • Mailing your payment if you receive monthly statements: Mail your payment with your monthly statement remittance form. Please note some memberships require an additional $5.00 per month for receipt of monthly paper statements. Your mailed statement will take 5 to 7 business days to post.

How long does it take to post my payment to my account?

The fastest way to have your renewal payment post to your account is to call the Member Support Center at 866-402-2559 and talk directly with a Member Support Representative. Your payment will be posted within 24 hours. There may be a convenience fee for making a payment with a representative by phone.

If you make your renewal payment through MyBally.com, your payment will take 2-3 business days to post. If you make your renewal payment through the automated renewal line at 866-638-1323, your payment will take 3 business days to post. If you make your renewal payment at the club, your payment will take 3 to 5 business days to post.
