How can I be removed from your telemarketing list?

Bally makes outbound calls only to prospects that provided their phone number when they downloaded a guess pass at or after taking a club tour. If you no longer want to receive sales follow up calls from our staff, please call our Member Support Center, at 866-402-2559, and ask to be removed from the club call list.

How can I be removed from your mailing list?

Bally applies the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA) Mail Preference Service (MPS) file to all the mailings we send out. To add your name to DMA’s Mail Preference Service (MPS) list, print out this DMA form, fill it out, and mail it to the Mail Preference Service. The DMA charges $1.00, for this service, so be sure to include a $1 check or money order with your letter. Send your letter to:

To unsubscribe from Bally Total Fitness emails, please visit the Privacy Policy page on It will take approximately 7-10 business days to remove your email address from our files. It is Bally’s email marketing practice to provide an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails we send out. You may click on this link to unsubscribe to Bally emails as well.
