Instructions
- Sit in machine with chest against padded support and feet on ground.
- Extend arms in front of your body at shoulder height and grasp handles with both hands.
- Slowly pull handles toward chest without lifting chest off padded support.
- Slowly lower handles to initial position to complete one repetition.
