Shoulder Press Machine
- Sit with your back flat against bench and feet on ground.
- Grasp handles on machine with palms facing up and hands shoulder width apart.
- Slowly press handles overhead until arms are extended with a slight bend in the elbow.
- Slowly lower handles to position in which elbow joints are at ninety-degree angles or upper arms are parallel to the floor to complete one repetition.
