Instructions

  1. Sit in machine with chest against padded support and feet on ground.
  2. Extend arms in front of your body at shoulder height and grasp handles with both hands.
  3. Slowly pull handles toward chest without lifting chest off padded support.
  4. Slowly lower handles to initial position to complete one repetition.
