Pullover with Bar
- With feet on ground and knees bent, place shoulders on bench so arms can move freely behind head.
- Grasp bar with palms facing away from body and hands shoulder width apart.
- Slowly extend arms behind head with arms straight.
- Keeping arms straight, slowly pull bar to position in which bar is over face to complete one repetition.
