Seated Row Machine 2
Instructions
- Sit in machine with back straight and feet flat against platform.
- Extend arms in front of your body at shoulder height and grasp handles with both hands.
- Slowly pull handles toward chest without excessively moving upper body.
- Slowly lower handles to initial position to complete one repetition.
