Instructions

  1. Sit in machine with back straight and feet flat against platform.
  2. Extend arms in front of your body at shoulder height and grasp handles with both hands.
  3. Slowly pull handles toward chest without excessively moving upper body.
  4. Slowly lower handles to initial position to complete one repetition.
