Instructions

  1. Lie with your back flat against bench.
  2. Grasp dumbbells with palms facing up and a slight bend in your elbows.
  3. Slowly bring dumbbells together with a motion that simulates hugging a large barrel.
  4. Slowly lower dumbbells down to the sides of your chest to complete one repetition.
