What to Expect from Reaction Cycling Classes

Alternate between challenging climbs, invigorating sprints and relaxing cruises – all set to high-energy music to get you stoked. We tell you what zone you’re in to gauge your progress and set your own goals. Don’t be surprised if an instructor comes over to offer encouragement right alongside you when you need that extra push over the hill! End your ride with a cool down and recovery-enhancing stretches.
