Aim For One Weight Loss Change a Week
Starting a weight loss program can seem overwhelming, especially if there are a number of habits you want to change.
To help ensure your chances for success, make a list of the changes you want to make and rank them in order of difficulty for you, from least challenging to most challenging. Then, starting with the easiest behavior, focus on just one new change each week. Within a couple months, you will have gradually established a pattern of healthy habits -- and avoided the stress and frustration that often comes with trying to change all your targeted behaviors overnight.
