If you haven't already, it is time to make those new years resolutions towards your health. Make realistic goals that you can accomplish. Mark your calendar with goals you've set, and check it regularly to be sure you're on track. Get a personal trainer if you need more encouragement.

Once you have achieved your goals recognize your success and treat yourself to a massage, a steam, or an item of clothing. Then make another goal for you to reach for. You can do it! Challenge yourself physically.
