Work in Your Workouts
If you're finding it difficult to get into the gym habit, here's one strategy that might work for you.
Decide that you will run your daily errands -- banking, shopping, picking up dry cleaning, etc. -- on the way to or from the gym. This way, exercise becomes less of a big deal that looms large in your mind. Instead, it becomes one in a string of tasks that characterize your day-to-day life.
