Exercise When Sick?

Illness or fatigue can cause you to pay less attention to proper exercising form. Fatigue can also increase your chance of instability, which could lead to muscle or other injuries.

If you are experiencing any type of illness: aches, fever, cough, or congestion, take a rest from exercising until the symptoms resolve. When you start to feel better, you will most likely have more energy to resume your regular workout.
