Using a Chair For Ab Crunches

If you haven't been working your abdominal muscles but would like to start, here's a way to ease into doing crunches. Try your first sets with your feet up on a chair and legs bent at a 90-degree angle.

As you get stronger using with this position, you can leave the chair behind, and do your crunches with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent.
