Anywhere Ab Exercise
You can continue to work your abs long after you've left the gym. This isometric exercise can be done anywhere -- at work, in the car, at the movies, etc.
- Exhale so all the air is out of your lungs.
- Pull in your stomach very tight and deep, as if you're trying to get it to touch the small of your back.
- Hold your abs tight for 60 seconds or longer. You can breathe lightly through your nose.
- Repeat the exercise 2 or 3 times.
