I Spy Veggies
Look around your kitchen and see if you can find 5 different vegetables. If you cannot, add them to your next shopping list. When you get home, prep veggies like celery, broccoli, radishes, and carrots immediately. Why? Cut-up, raw vegetables are a quick, easy, low calorie snack option to have on hand. When you open your fridge, you should be bombarded by an array of healthy snacks to pick from.
Bonus Tip: Keep higher-calorie foods at the back of the fridge, out of immediate view.
