Are juices as nutritious as the fruits they come from?
Juices do hold onto the whole fruit's vitamins and minerals. However, they don't offer much of a very important nutrient - fiber - which is contained in fruits' peels and membranes.
Fiber helps the digestive process and protects against certain cancers. From a weight-management standpoint, fiber also helps because it's filling and helps curbs your appetite.
